Preventative Healthcare

Good health in later life starts with prevention. Through regular screenings, check-ups and risk assessments, we can catch potential issues early - often before symptoms appear. It’s about staying one step ahead.

Health and Exercise

Staying active becomes even more important as we age. Regular movement helps maintain strength, balance, heart health, and mood. We’ll support you in finding an approach to exercise that feels manageable and enjoyable.

Diet and Nutrition

As your body’s needs change, so should your nutrition. We can help you fine-tune your diet to support energy, gut health, bone strength, and weight. It’s not about restriction - it’s about eating in a way that helps you feel your best.

Bone Density

Bones naturally lose strength over time, but there is lots you can still do. Bone density scans assess your risk of conditions like osteoporosis, and we’ll guide you on nutrition, supplements and lifestyle changes to keep your bones strong.

Holistic Care

Your health is more than just numbers on a chart. We look at the whole picture - physical, mental and emotional, from stress and sleep to relationships and routine - because how you feel day-to-day really matters.

Recurring Health Checks

Our regular health checks - at intervals that suit you - are designed to give you a full picture of your health and the right level of support. They’ll help you understand where you are now and how to plan for the years ahead.

Cancer Screening

For adults aged 50 and over, cancer screening is vital to early detection, effective treatment and better outcomes. Regular screenings help ensure any potential issues are caught before they become serious, keeping you in control of your health as you look forward to an active and fulfilling retirement.

Bowel Cancer Screening

Bowel cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting people over 50, but with early detection it's also one of the most treatable. Our bowel cancer screening service is tailored to your age and risk factors. If you have a family history or any concerns, we’ll take time to talk through all your options.

Cancer Checks

As we grow older, the risk of certain cancers increases. Regular checks can help catch problems early, when they’re most treatable. Whether it's skin, prostate, breast, or other cancer concerns, we’ll guide you through the right assessments and help you understand any symptoms, risks or family history.

Trucheck Intelli™

With early cancer detection a priority for the50+ age group, we’re thrilled to be able to offer our Patients Trucheck Intelli™ - a cutting-edge blood test that screens for multiple types of cancer, often before symptoms appear. It’s quick, non-invasive, and can provide vital reassurance or a valuable early warning.

Cardiovascular Health

High blood pressure, raised cholesterol and heart disease become more common with age, but with the right care, they’re often preventable or manageable. Our comprehensive cardiovascular checks will help you take proactive steps to protect your heart.

Reducing Your Risk

Cardiovascular health becomes even more important as we age. For adults aged 50 and over, regular heart and circulation checks can help catch potential issues early, reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke.

From blood pressure monitoring to advanced heart and lung assessments, our cardiovascular health checks prioritise early detection and overall wellbeing.

With the right care and guidance, you can keep your heart strong and stay active for years to come.
