GENERAL HEALTH
Cardiovascular Health
Our personalised approach will ensure you get all the support you need to keep your heart in top condition.
HEART HEALTH
Cardiovascular health is so much more than simply monitoring cholesterol and weight. Our personalised approach includes lifestyle coaching, nutrition guidance, and advanced screenings like stress echocardiograms, ECGs, or CT coronary angiograms. And it all starts with a conversation and in-depth consultation with your private GP.

Diagnostics and Imaging
At The Hove Practice we offer access to a wide range of diagnostics and imaging, tailored to your medical needs.
Risk Screening
Risk screening and heart health investigations are essential for catching potential issues early. Our comprehensive assessments will provide a clear picture of your heart health. With early detection and the right guidance, we can help you stay ahead and keep your heart strong for the future.
Stress electrocardiograms (ECGs)
CT coronary angiograms
Blood tests
Advanced scans
Electrocardiogram (ECG)
With our state-of-the-art ECG machine, we can assess your heart's rhythm and electrical activity right here in the clinic. The procedure is quick, painless, and can be done during your consultation if needed. There's no preparation required, and you’ll receive your results immediately. If there are any concerns, we’ll discuss them with a Consultant Cardiologist. We can also provide you with a digital or paper copy for your personal records.
Lifestyle Factors Coaching
Lifestyle factors play a crucial role in maintaining good heart health. Our personalised coaching helps you make positive changes in areas like diet, exercise, and stress management, all tailored to your needs. With the right guidance, you can take control of your heart health and make lasting improvements for your wellbeing.
Nutrition Advice
Good nutrition is key to keeping your heart healthy. Our expert advice will help you make heart-friendly choices, from balanced meals to managing salt and fat intake. With personalised guidance, you can nourish your body and support long-term heart health, while still enjoying the foods you love.
