Cancellations Policy
By booking with us, you are confirming you understand and agree to our cancellation policy and fees.
CANCELLATIONS AND FEES
All appointment cancellations incur a £5 administrative charge. This will be waived if left on account for future use.
Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be refunded in full [with the exception of the £5 administrative charge above]
Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50% of the full consultation fee.
Cancellation within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full consultation fee.
Telephone advice outside of consultation is likely to be charged if significant advice, treatment or organisation is involved.
COVID-19 RT-PCR test cancellations will incur a single £25 administration fee for the entire party.
Repeat Prescriptions
Existing Patients can request a repeat prescription appointment online. If you’re a new patient needing a prescription, please give us a call to discuss your needs.

If you want to see one of our doctors urgently, or require a home visit in the Brighton area, call us on 01273 733830.
Emergencies
All emergencies should be managed within the National Health Service by calling 999 or attending your local Accident & Emergency department.
