We do our best to keep our fees as low as possible and in line with standard private healthcare charges. You’ll find a guide to our basic fees here.
Different ways to pay
We understand healthcare costs can sometimes feel like a barrier. To make things easier, we offer deferred payment and pay by instalments option through Klarna. This allows you to spread the cost of your appointment, helping you take a more proactive approach to your health without the pressure of upfront fees.
Overall treatment costs
Your overall costs may vary depending on your individual needs, but we’ll always talk you through everything in advance, so there are no surprises. Our fees are non-refundable and we charge for our time - this includes any administration or follow-up after your appointment. If we provide significant advice or care by phone or email, this may also be chargeable – but we’ll always let you know.

We use the country's largest independent laboratory The Doctors Laboratory ensuring the highest standards of precision, range and availability of tests. We can test for most conditions and all results are reviewed by your private GP. You will be provided you with a bespoke, written explanation of what they mean for you and your health, generally within 2 working days. Tests are charged in addition to consultation fees.

Trucheck™ Intelli is a simple blood test that can detect signs linked to over 70 types of solid organ cancers by identifying circulating tumour cells (CTCs) – often before symptoms appear. For repeat medication prescriptions already prescribed for you at our Practice, or clearly discussed during a previous consultation (or recommended in writing to us by a GMC registered and UK practicing medical consultant). To prescribe repeat medications, you will need to book a face-to-face consultation at least annually and - for certain medications - every 6 months.

Referral letters/correspondence written immediately following a consultation are charged per letter. Please note referral letters/correspondence requested more than 7 days after a consultation are charged at £75 per letter.

Shotgun and Firearms Licence Applications or Renewals Renewal applications require a recent assessment with your Private GP, an up-to-date print out of your NHS record/medical history and may necessitate a telephone/video call from your Private GP. Payment does not guarantee approval of the renewal. Your NHS GP will be informed once we have completed the renewal/application.

Within our consultations we offer up to 30 minutes access to telephone translator services via Languageline Solutions [if required]. For those with hearing difficulties, this service can be used as a video call for BSL.

If cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the booked appointment full refunds are provided, with the exception of a £10 administration fee for standard payments or a £15 administration fee for Klarna payments.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50% of the full consultation fee.

Appointment Bookings
All appointments are secured via advance payment and are non-refundable, as we charge for our time as well as any administration and correspondence in connection with your appointment.
Credit on Account
We can hold credit on account to streamline phone bookings, or bookings for family members / colleagues. Please contact us to arrange this.
Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions should be requested online. Bookings are for an approximate time and requests may not be completed until the end of the day depending on workload. Please ensure medication is requested a week in advance of running out to avoid any problems. Some requests may require an appointment before issue.
