New Patients
If you’re a new patient needing a prescription, please give us a call to discuss your needs.
Existing Patients
Please book a slot for us to review and issue your prescription below. You will be asked to make payment online and your prescription will then be sent to the pharmacy you specify on the form.
The time you book for repeat prescriptions is an approximate time allocated to the doctor and this request may not be completed until the end of the day they are booked, depending on your doctor's workload.
Certain prescriptions may require a face-to-face or telephone GP appointment before they can be issued. This includes any medications not previously prescribed for you at our Practice. Please request your medication as early as possible to avoid issues.
Choice of Pharmacy
We have an excellent working relationship with 2 local Pharmacies and strongly recommend you use one of these to collect your prescription items.
Osbon Pharmacy, Church Road, Hove
Matlock Pharmacy, Matlock Road, Hove
Alternatively, we also recommend Pharmacierge. This online pharmacy can deliver to any address in the UK, although require 3-5 days to do so outside the M25.
You are welcome to opt for an alternate Pharmacy, although this may result in a delay in collecting your medications. The Hove Practice will not be held responsible for any problems/delays resulting from this decision. Please note different pharmacies may charge differently for medications.
