Every voice matters: helping to shape the future of care
We’re always looking for ways to improve and some of our best ideas come from our patients.
January 2026 saw the launch of our new post-appointment patient feedback survey, designed to give every patient the chance to tell us how their visit felt. Whether an experience was seamless or something didn’t quite meet expectations, we want to hear about it.
Ease and anonymity
The survey is short, completely anonymous and takes just a couple of minutes to complete. Our patients receive a link by email after each appointment, giving them the opportunity to share their thoughts and feedback every time they visit.

We review all feedback regularly as part of our commitment to providing exceptional, personalised care every step of the way - from our Reception Team to our GPs and Practice Management.

Each question is designed to help us understand how we’re doing in these areas and how we can keep improving the care and support we offer.
What happens next
We use the insights our patients share to continue improving our services, from how we organise appointments to how we follow up with results. If there’s something our patients need that we don’t yet offer, we’ll explore what’s possible.
